  1. Fantastic insights. Today marks my 598th day in a row of walking (or hiking or running) 10,000 or more steps daily. I will say that while some of these days steps have been taken without technology, many of my journeys on foot have included listening to a variety of podcasts – on faith, on finances, on marriage, on leadership, on business, etc. I’m sure I’ve learned a lot on my walks.
